These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pensa app, published by Alexandro Gomez ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Pensa, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pensa on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Everything you create in Pensa is yours. Your {{CONTENT_STORED}} are stored on your device; we have no access to them. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups. We are not responsible for loss of content resulting from deletion, device loss or failure, or uninstalling the app.

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Pensa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandro Gomez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate the license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; uninstalling removes locally stored content.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
