Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Pensa ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. Pensa is published by Alexandro Gomez. The short version: your content belongs to you, it stays on your device, and we don't run accounts or servers that collect it.

Your content

• Your voice recordings and text thoughts are stored locally on your device.
• We do not upload, transmit, receive, read, or have any access to your content.
• If you use share or export features, content is shared only where you choose to send it.
• Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored content.

Device permissions

• Microphone. To record voice thoughts and memos. Recordings are stored locally on your device only.
• Photo Library. To export and share your thoughts and artwork.
• Local Storage. To save your collection of thoughts, settings, and preferences on your device.

Each permission is used only while you are actively using the related feature, never in the background. You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.

Advertising

The free version of Pensa shows ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. AdMob may collect and process data to serve ads, including device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device information, and ad-interaction data (views, clicks).

• On iOS, personalized advertising only occurs if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalized using cross-app identifiers.

• Pensa Pro subscribers do not see ads.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pensa Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase management and refunds are handled by Apple.

Data we do not collect

• No accounts, sign-ins, or profiles
• No analytics SDKs beyond those included with advertising, as described above
• No sale of personal information

Children

Pensa is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights regarding personal data such as access, deletion, and opting out of personalized advertising. Because your content never leaves your device, most of these rights can be exercised directly: delete content in the app or uninstall it. For advertising data, use your device's tracking and ad-personalization controls, or contact Google via the links above. For anything else, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
