Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Deleto app, published by Alexandro Gomez Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Deleto, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Deleto on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Your content

Photos and videos you capture with Deleto are stored on your device and are yours. Deleto's core feature is automatic deletion: items are permanently removed when their timer expires. You are responsible for saving anything you want to keep before it expires. We are not responsible for content removed by the auto-delete feature, by you, or through device loss or failure.

Deleto Pro subscription

Price: US $2.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, shown at purchase)

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Deleto Pro unlocks the Pro features presented in the app at the time of purchase. Features may be refined or improved over time.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Advertising

The free version of Deleto displays third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. You are solely responsible for what you photograph or record and for complying with local laws regarding recording.

Disclaimer of warranties

Deleto is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandro Gomez Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data or content (including content removed by the auto-delete feature), arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; uninstalling removes locally stored content.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
